Applicants sit entrance exams in two subjects — English and Mathematics — and must score at least 60% in each.
Step by Step
What Happens at Each Stage
Families are invited to review the Admissions Policy, the fee schedule and the age and year group guide, and to contact the Registrar with any questions. We warmly recommend booking a school tour before applying.
Complete the online application form, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date, and provide the required supporting documents. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
Applicants sit entrance assessments in English and Mathematics and are required to achieve a minimum of 60% in each. The admission test fee for Primary applicants is set out in the fee schedule.
Successful applicants receive an offer of a place, subject to availability. The place is confirmed on payment of the one-time registration fee and submission of any outstanding documents.

Required Documents
- Copy of the student’s passport and Qatar ID.
- Copies of both parents’ passports and Qatar IDs.
- A passport-size photograph of the student.
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate.
- Copy of the student’s immunisation record.
- The student’s medical file and a copy of the health card.
- Original and copy of the academic certificate (report) for the previous year.
- For students transferring from outside Qatar, report cards legalised through the required official channels.
- Tuition fee clearance form from the previous school.
